BWA Conference
In the summer of 2005 LMS events were contacted and asked to supply additional staging at the National Indoor Arena, Birmingham for the Baptist World Alliance Conference. The event attracted around 15,000 delegates, with LMS providing additional staging in the main venue, to provide stage tiers, risers, camera runs, treads and steps, as well as a small satellite stage for performances.
Due to the nature of the event, there was little time for the rig and the de-rig - so special logistical care was taken to maximise the workloads of the crew, to ensure that the stage was ready for the production teams to load in as soon as possible.
